OPPS
Community Sponsorship Program
Help protect the children
in your community

Dear Friend;
As a businessperson and father of 3 small children, I am concerned about the problem of online predators and missing children. We all have heard the stories in the news and the scary statistics and can only hope and pray it will not effect us. We can feel somehow a bit powerless to do anything about this ever-growing problem.
The Police are overworked and often do not have all the resources they want and need to combat this difficult issue. The predators sneak around the Internet preying on our children. There is a new tool called OPPS available that monitors the chat-room conversations of potential predators for the Police. It was developed with Law Enforcement, AdZone Research and other organizations participating. This system is inexpensive, easy to use and best of all can be used to not only identify online predators, but also to locate missing children.
The police need and want this tool, to date OPPS has received thousands of requests from police departments all over the country. This is why we have created our community sponsorship program. Now we do not have to feel powerless anymore. We can help law enforcement, the children and ourselves all at the same time by becoming an OPPS sponsor.
I hope you will join us in helping law enforcement combat this terrible problem facing our children today. You can promote your business, while helping law enforcement and helping children all at the same time.
Please help by filling out the form on this page and sponsoring at whatever level you can.
Thanks
Charles Cardona, Chairman
Why do some police departments need help paying for the licenses?
Budgets for local governments are very tight. Police departments, along with other municipal departments often don’t have the funding for special items. Raising money from community sponsorship is a simple, effective way to pay for the licenses. Furthermore, it builds community involvement much like local businesses supporting little league baseball.
What does the sponsor receive in return for their sponsorship?
Every sponsor will receive national press coverage through an AdZone press release over the business wires. Adzone will also send a press release to your local city or town weekly newspaper. The sponsor will be encouraged to put a public service advertisement on their web site announcing to their clients that they support the OPPS system and are helping to protect our children. And, AdZone will supply both the actual plaque and artwork signifying that a sponsor has sponsored OPPS for their Cops to make their community safe from online predators.
