January 17, 2007 AdZone Research Introduces Missing Child Alert System
January 2, 2007 AdZone announced the introduction of OPPS MISSING CHILD ALERT. This latest product allows investigators to recieve an email alert when a missing child returns online. Utilizing the company's OPPS technology in cooperation with Law Enforcement MISSING CHILD ALERT helps to tackle the problem of more than 700,000 children reported missing each year.
This event included speakers from the FBI, the Secret Service, and the US Marshall Service. The theme was “Crimes Against Children.”
Dan Wasserman, AdZone’s Executive VP & Managing Director was able to demonstrate the OPPS suite to the 200-plus attendees including all the keynotes and received extremely positive expressions of support.
Conference held this past week in Toronto.
The new ALERT system is designed to alert officers when a known or suspected child predator goes online. The company, represented by Vice Chairman John A. Cardona, and William Murphy, Vice President of Marketing, displayed ALERT and other OPPS-related products at the conference, meeting with more than 100 attendees for in depth discussions of AdZone technology.
The FBI National Academy Associates Conference is held exclusively for all senior law enforcement personnel who have graduated from the FBI National Academy. Law enforcement representatives from throughout the United States and overseas were in attendance. FBI Director Robert Mueller was a keynote speaker at the event.
The OPPS ALERT product is priced at $999 per license. ALERT is web based like it's other OPPS product brethren, OPPS and FAST.
